SEATON PERFORMANCE is the only fitness service that provides in depth support in reaching your fitness and performance goals, developed by a former professional athlete of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns, and Tennessee Titans, and former all big east volleyball player, that truly understand what the best athletes in the world need to maximize their performance and reach their goals. We create personalized programs to develop your fitness and performance with nutritional and supplemental guidance, with daily nutritional support via the app and tailored corrective exercises, and mobility recovery routines. The combination of personalized resources in all aspects of wellness create a true one stop shop to help you reach your goals.

After being drafted in 2017 by the Tennessee Titans, SEATON learned how the highest level of sports operated and responded to the performance health and wellness demands of professional athletes. This inspired SEATON PERFORMANCE to provide all of the support offered within the highest performance institutions to those wanting to focus on maximizing their Fitness and Performance with guidance and Enhanced Professional Support.  

Gabriella overcame many obstacles to become an All Big East Volleyball Player, and won the Philadelphia Sports Writers Associations Award for Most Courageous Athlete, placing 6th in school history in blocks and leading the Wildcats to a 25-9 record and an NCAA Tournament berth for the first time since 1997 after battling Burkitts Lymphoma. Gabriella maximized all aspects of her health and fitness to reach her peak performance condition and is able to relate with those facing adversity and hold them accountable in their journey.

For SEATON PERFORMANCE there is no greater reward than helping people become their best selves by providing a standard of growth with the resources required for them to achieve it. 

As an offensive lineman, physical ailments became constant limiting factors. Seaton was able to focus on recovering and engaging supportive muscles to increase mobility, strength, and range of motion. This allowed Seaton to get back into working out and incorporate all of their knowledge to develop a consistent habit that delivers results. We understand everyone has different limiting ailments that may not be physical. If we control what we can, we can optimize our results and that's what we do. We bring it all together the way athletes and adults need. Playing professional football as an offensive lineman allowed Seaton to learn from some of the best strength and conditioning coaches, nutritionist, mobility experts, and corrective exercise specialists in the world. This allowed him to understand what was necessary to maximize performance and create a similar structure to maximize his well-being after the game, and lose over 50lbs. As a family, we understand the importance of implementing these habits within our families to help each individual reach their goals within their time constraints.
